The national award aims to gather distinguished ideas and proposals from students, specifically targeting the general public, to reduce governmental expenses or increase their revenues.
One award will be announced monthly with the aim of reducing expenses, and another award aiming to increase revenues.
75% of the award will be calculated based on the total achieved savings for each accepted proposal in the area of expense reduction, and 10% of the increase in actual revenues for each accepted proposal in the area of revenue increase.
A national committee will be formed to study, evaluate, and announce the winning ideas and proposals.
